The Mini Bharat Dharshan Tour organized by Jammu and Kashmir Police was flagged off by Deputy Inspector General of Police South Kashmir Range Swayam Prakash Pani at Anantnag, today.

Forty Students in the age group of 15-20 from Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama, Shopian and Police Division Awantipora of South Kashmir are part of the tour.

While speaking on the occasion, DIG said that our aim is to provide platform to the youth to gain knowledge about the cultural and educational set up in various states. He said that the boys who are the part of this tour will visit places of historical importance and other places of interest in Jammu, Delhi and Chandigarh. The touring boys will also call on dignitaries from various walks of life, DIG added.

DIG SKRSSP Anantnag Altaf Ahmad Khan, SP Anantnag Mukesh Kakkar, SO to DIG Mohammad Abbas, DySP Hqrs Anantnag Mohammad Yousuf and other territorial officers of District Anantnag were among others present on the occasion.
