As we have seen a slight surge in Covid-19 cases in several areas of Kashmir particularly in parts of Srinagar, the administration had to resort to strict measures to stop further spread of the deadly virus.
Everyone as well aware of the fact that how many lives this deadly virus claimed over the past two years, while tumbling the economies of major countries across the globe due to Covid-19 induced lockdowns.
Keeping these things in mind, everyone must follow Covid-19 SOPs and guidelines in letter and spirit to avoid further restrictions to stop the spread of this deadly virus.
We must also keep this thing in mind that administration cannot alone do everything to stop the spread of Covid-19, but every citizen has a responsibility towards the society and everyone should do his bit to minimise the spread of Covid-19.
The spread of Covid-19 can be minimised only if people follow the guidelines ans SOPs issued by the administration from time to time including wearing of face masks and following social distancing norms while being a public gathering. Together we can fight against this deadly virus and we must make a pledge that we should do our bit as a responsible citizens.
It must also be borne in mind that so far vaccine is the only weapon to fight against the deadly virus and everyone should get vaccinated as the government has been urging time and again. Those who have not vaccinated themselves should do it on priority basis and avoid getting infected by the virus. Stay Safe Stay Healthy should be the mantra and the responsibility lies on us.
