The convenience and functionality of mobile phones come with a hidden cost to our cervical spine health. The increasing prevalence of cervical disc issues due to poor posture while using mobile phones is a growing concern. By adopting good habits, making ergonomic adjustments, and seeking appropriate treatment when necessary, we can protect our neck health and enjoy the benefits of technology without compromising our well-being.
